Shipping & Delivery

We’re excited to get your Catopia WarmCave™ to your pet as quickly (and safely) as possible. Below you’ll find everything about processing times, shipping windows, tracking, and what to do if something goes wrong.


Processing Times

  • Order handling: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. holidays).

  • Orders placed after 12:00 pm PT begin processing the next business day.

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order leaves our warehouse.


Where We Ship

  • United States (including Alaska & Hawaii)

  • Canada, UK, EU, Australia & New Zealand

  • If your country isn’t listed at checkout, email us at support@catopia.us and we’ll try to help.


Shipping Costs

  • U.S.: Free standard shipping on orders $49+ (edit as you prefer). Under $49, carrier-calculated or flat-rate shipping is shown at checkout.

  • International: Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier.

We partner with reputable carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL and regional partners). Final carrier selection depends on speed, destination, and availability.

Remote/rural areas and peak seasons (Nov–Dec) may add 2–5 business days. Weather and customs can also impact timelines.


Tracking Your Order

  • A tracking link is emailed once your order ships.

  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to start updating after dispatch.

  • Ordering multiple items? They may ship separately; you’ll receive tracking for each parcel.


Address Changes & Cancellations

  • We move fast! If you need to update/cancel, email support@catopia.us within 2 hours of placing your order.

  • Once an order has shipped, we can’t change the address—please contact the carrier to request a hold/redirection.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)

  • For orders outside the U.S., local duties/VAT may apply and are paid by the recipient.

  • We can’t control customs inspections or delays. If a package is refused due to unpaid duties, return shipping and fees may be deducted from your refund.


Failed Delivery / Returned to Sender

  • If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or unclaimed status, we’ll contact you.

  • We can reship (additional postage may apply) or refund the order minus original shipping once it arrives back at our facility.


Delays, Lost, or Missing Packages

Marked “delivered” but missing?

  1. Wait 24–48 hours (carriers sometimes scan early).

  2. Check with household members, neighbors, mailbox lockers, or building management.

  3. Contact the carrier with your tracking number.

  4. Still missing? Email support@catopia.us—we’ll help.

In transit with no movement:

  • U.S.: If there’s no scan for 7+ business days, contact us.

  • International: If 10+ business days without movement, contact us.
    We’ll open a trace with the carrier and make it right.

Arrived damaged or incorrect item?

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@catopia.us with your order number and photos. We’ll replace or resolve quickly.


PO Boxes, APO/FPO, & Gift Orders

  • We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses (U.S. only) via eligible carriers.

  • Gift orders: We don’t include pricing on the packing slip.


Pre-Orders & Backorders

  • If an item is marked pre-order/backorder, the estimated ship date appears at checkout.

  • Orders with in-stock and pre-order items may ship separately at no extra cost (policy varies by region).


Eco Packaging & Vacuum Seal

WarmCave™ often ships vacuum-sealed to reduce emissions and packaging waste.

  • Give it a gentle shake, fluff the sides, and let it relax 24–48 hours to reach full loft.


Holiday & Peak Season Notes

During peak periods (e.g., Black Friday/Cyber Monday, December holidays) and severe weather events, carriers may experience delays. Thanks for your patience—we’ll keep you updated via email.
