Product

What is the WarmCave™?
WarmCave™ is a plush, self-warming, round pet bed designed to reflect your pet’s body heat—no electricity required. The deep, doughnut shape provides a cozy burrow that supports calmer sleep and reduced anxiety.

What is it made of?
Ultra-soft plush exterior with cushioned polyester fill and a non-slip base. All dyes are pet-safe and fabric is free from harsh chemical finishes.

Is it machine washable?
Yes. Use a gentle cycle with cold water and mild detergent. Tumble dry low or air dry. For best results, fluff by hand after drying. (Some sizes/colors include a removable cover—if yours does, wash the cover only.)

Why does the bed look flat right out of the package?
WarmCave™ ships vacuum-sealed to reduce waste. Give it a good shake, knead the filling, and let it rest 24–48 hours to fully fluff.

Is it safe for senior pets?
Absolutely. The supportive fill and self-warming design are loved by senior cats and dogs who need extra joint comfort.

Is this bed chew-proof?
No plush bed is 100% chew-proof. If your pet is a determined chewer, supervise their first uses or consider a chew-resistant option.


Sizing

Which size should I choose?
Measure your pet from nose to base of tail when curled, then choose the diameter that gives a little extra room.

  • 40 cm (16") – pets up to 2.5 kg / 5.5 lb

  • 50 cm (20") – up to 5 kg / 11 lb

  • 60 cm (24") – up to 10 kg / 22 lb

  • 70 cm (28") – up to 17 kg / 37 lb

  • 80 cm (31") – up to 25 kg / 55 lb

  • 90 cm (35") – up to 30 kg / 66 lb

Between sizes?
If your pet likes to sprawl or you want room for blankets/toys, size up. For snug burrowers, your measured size is typically perfect.

Can two pets share one bed?
Yes—many bonded pets love sharing. Size up so both can curl comfortably.


Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the U.S. (including Alaska & Hawaii), Canada, the U.K., Australia, and most EU countries. If your country is missing at checkout, email us.

How long will delivery take?

  • Processing: 1–2 business days

  • U.S.: 5–12 business days

  • Canada/UK/AU: 7–15 business days

  • Other international: 10–20 business days
    You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships.

How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping email or enter your order number + email on our Order Tracking page.

Can I change/cancel my order?
We begin processing quickly. Email support@catopia.us within 2 hours of purchase and we’ll do our best. If it’s already shipped, we’ll help with a return.

What if my package is delayed or lost?
We’ll monitor the tracking and make it right. Contact us if your order hasn’t moved for 7+ business days or is marked delivered but missing.


Returns & Guarantee

What’s your return policy?
Enjoy our 30-Day Comfort Guarantee. If your pet doesn’t love WarmCave™, return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund/exchange. Items must be clean and hair-free. (Final sale items excluded.)

Received a damaged or incorrect item?
We’re sorry! Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll replace it promptly.

How do refunds work?
Once your return is inspected, refunds go back to your original payment method (typically 3–7 business days, depending on your bank).


Care & Use

Any tips to help my pet love it?
Place the bed in their favorite nap spot. Add a worn T-shirt or blanket with your scent for familiarity. Most pets settle in within a day or two.

Can I use the bed outdoors?
WarmCave™ is designed for indoor use. If used on a covered patio, avoid moisture and bring it inside overnight.

How often should I wash it?
As needed. Regular shaking/vacuuming keeps it fresh between washes.


Payments, Discounts & Security

Which payment methods do you accept?
All major cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay (availability may vary by region).

Can I use more than one discount code?
One promo per order unless stated otherwise.

Is my information secure?
Yes. Our checkout uses industry-standard encryption. We never store full payment details.


Gifting & Wholesale

Is this a good gift?
Absolutely—our beds are a favorite gift for new pet parents and senior pets alike. We don’t include prices in the package.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale?
